Ordering unique jewelry from our website is so easy! Just browse our online jewelry gallery to find the pieces you are interested in and add them to your cart. Then view your cart and proceed to checkout.
We use PayPal to process orders online. You can rely on the robust security features of this popular online payment system, as transactions take place under PayPal’s secure connection where you can use your major credit card or your PayPal account.
You can also save your favorite handcrafted jewelry pieces to your Wish List. Then you can send a “hint” to help someone who wants to buy you the perfect gift!
Ordering by Telephone
If you have questions about features or would prefer to order over the phone, please call us at +972-54-4944603. The Sarit Wolfus studio is based in Israel, which is GMT +2 hours (no daylight savings). Customer service by telephone is generally available 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., though you are welcome to leave us a message anytime and we will call you back. Ordering Custom Designed Jewelry
You can have one-of-a-kind jewelry custom designed just for you by the acclaimed jewelry designer Sarit Wolfus!
Our custom jewelry design services range from personalized jewelry created from an existing Sarit Wolfus design to designing a completely new piece just for you. You can email us a description and sketch of your original jewelry design idea and we will provide you with information and a price quote to create the piece just for you.

Volume Orders
The Sarit Jewelry Studio produces one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry designs or pieces in limited editions. Many are guaranteed as unique single or limited edition creations to preserve their value.
If you are interested in a volume purchase of a particular design, please inquire with us about availability. However, please be aware that repeated handcrafted jewelry pieces produced by our studio are never exactly identical.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Whether you order custom handcrafted jewelry or a design from our online gallery of unique jewelry, your purchase is delivered to you with the utmost care. We gift pack your order specially and ship it via registered air mail, so you can start enjoying your Sarit Wolfus jewelry right away.
Shipping and handling cost is $5 per order. Shipping on orders over $50 is free!
Unique handmade jewelry designs available in our online jewelry store usually ship within 2 business days. Delivery times to the USA are typically 1-2 weeks when shipped via registered airmail. EMS, 3-day express mail delivery is also available to the USA for $25. Please inquire with us about delivery costs and times to other countries.
For custom handcrafted jewelry pieces, delivery times can vary from design to design and may depend on availability of the particular gemstone. We'll let you know the estimated delivery time if you inquire with us about producing your custom jewelry item.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Our diligent focus on customer service extends to our return policy. We hope you will find, like our other customers, that the jewelry handcrafted by Sarit Wolfus exceeds your expectations, and that you will be thrilled to wear or give as a gift the original handmade jewelry you’ve ordered.
If you are dissatisfied with your jewelry purchase for any reason at all, please let us know and return the jewelry piece in original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the full purchase price or let you exchange it for a different product of comparable price. The full refund and exchange policy applies to in-stock handcrafted jewelry items only. Custom ordered jewelry pieces cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged unless defective. If you experience a problem with any of your original Sarit Wolfus jewelry, please let us know.
